Today you pay the setup and your first month. Every plan runs at least three months. A new domain’s first year is in the setup fee for domains up to $25 a year; after that it renews each year at our cost, and we email you 30 days before. MLS search goes live once your MLS approves it, with your broker’s signature where the MLS asks for one, and texting starts once the carriers approve your number. Changes your panel does not cover are quoted first, $150 an hour in 15-minute steps. Cancel before your site goes live and we refund what you paid, except the domain’s cost.

Your MLS approves the feed, with your broker’s signature where it asks for one, and your listings come in by your agent and office ID. On Growth we also register your texting number with the carriers. We prepare the paperwork, and you sign.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan is right for me?
Agent Site if you want a great site that shows the listings you pick. Search if buyers should be able to search the whole MLS on your own domain. Growth if you also want every lead followed up for you, by text and email.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. We register it in your name, and it stays yours if you ever leave. Its first year is in your setup fee; after that it renews each year at our cost, with an email 30 days before.
Can I use a domain I already have?
Yes. We connect it, and it stays where it is registered.
What can I change myself?
Everything you see: your words, photos, colors, contact details, areas and reviews, and your listings if they do not come from a feed. Each change shows before you save and goes live when you do. Your name, license and brokerage stay locked so they always match your license record, and we change those for you at no charge. On a team site, the team lead also keeps the roster.
Do I get design revisions?
There are no revision rounds to wait on. You change your site yourself and see it at once, before and after launch, and our team checks it before it goes live. Anything your panel cannot do is quoted first, $150 an hour in 15-minute steps.
Where do my listings come from?
On Search and Growth, from the MLS: your listings and your office’s come in by your agent and office ID and update as they change, sold ones included. If your team or brokerage has its site with us, your site can show the team’s listings automatically. Otherwise you add them in your panel.
Does it include MLS search?
Yes, on Search and Growth. Your site gets a full MLS search on your own domain once your MLS approves the feed. Agent Site shows your listings from your team’s feed or your panel, each linked to its full listing.
Can I keep my current CRM?
Yes. Agent Site and Search work alongside the CRM you use now: people reach you by phone and email, and Search also sends each new lead to your inbox. Growth includes a CRM we set up for you, if you would rather have everything in one place.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly. Google and Meta charge your own card for the ad spend, and our monthly fee covers running the campaigns.
Is email included?
No. Keep your email where it is; the buttons on your site send people to it.
What if I change brokerages?
Tell us, and we update your brokerage and license details for you. Those lines stay locked in your panel so they always match your license record. There’s no charge.
Will people find my site on Google?
Your site launches open to search engines, with search titles, descriptions and real estate agent schema in place.
Is there a contract?
Every plan and add-on runs at least three months. After that, cancel any time by email to support@aone.la. Your site stays up through the month you paid for, and your domain stays yours.
Is this a care plan?
No. Care plans look after larger sites of any kind. These plans are for agents: a site we design and host and you keep current yourself, with search and follow-up when you want them.
