How AONE Creative LLC handles information on its sites

  • AONE Creative LLC
  • aone.la and linked AONE sites
  • Effective November 3, 2026

This policy explains what AONE Creative LLC (“AONE”, “we”) collects on aone.la and on any other AONE Creative site that links to this policy (the “Sites”), why we collect it, who else handles it and the choices you have. It replaces all earlier versions of this policy. Some subdomains of aone.la hold archived copies of sites AONE built for films, series and events; they are kept to show our work, are not part of our current services and are not covered by this policy.

Information you give us

When you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name and email address, and, if you add them, your company, phone number, the services you are interested in, your budget, your timeline, how you heard about us and your message. The form is sent to us by email; the Sites do not keep a copy. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person and not a bot.

When you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and follow up.

Calls are booked through Cal.com, which opens on the Sites. When you book a strategy call, an AI Readiness Audit, or an onboarding call for a care plan or podcast plan, Cal.com collects your name, email address and your answers to the booking questions, and sends us the booking with a video call link. Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to its booking pages. Google Analytics records that a call was booked, with the type of call and the button you used, not your name or email address.

Payments

Care plans and podcast plans bought on the Sites are paid through Stripe, Inc., which takes the payment on its own secure pages (checkout.stripe.com, buy.stripe.com and billing.stripe.com). AONE Creative LLC never receives or stores your full card number. From Stripe we receive your name, email address, billing address, business name if you give one, your answers at checkout (such as your website address and current host, or your show’s name), the plan you chose, the status of your payments and subscription, and your card type and last four digits.

We use this information to set up and run your plan, send receipts and invoices, handle failed payments, changes and cancellations, prevent fraud, and keep the business, tax and accounting records the law requires. The site keeps a short record of each plan (the Stripe references, your website address or show name, the plan and billing period, the payment status and when you accepted the plan terms) so the welcome page can confirm your payment and we can follow up on a failed one; the welcome page shows only whether a payment went through and for which plan. Google Analytics records that a plan was started, with the plan, billing period, and the platform or price only, not who bought it.

We keep payment records while your plan runs and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We do not sell your payment information. Stripe handles your information under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy, including when you choose to save your details with Link. For billing questions, email hosting@aone.la for a care plan or hello@aone.la for a podcast plan.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Sites are used: the pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location (such as city or country), device and browser, and actions such as sending the contact form, clicking a phone number, email address or booking link, booking a call, and starting a care plan or podcast plan. Google Analytics uses cookies whose names start with _ga to tell visits apart. We use it to measure and improve the Sites, to see which of our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited the Sites, as described under Advertising. Google explains how it handles this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block Google Analytics in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our web server and Cloudflare, which protects the Sites, helps them load quickly and measures page speed, record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, the page you came from and the time. We use these records to keep the Sites working and secure.

Advertising

We advertise on Google and use Google’s advertising features on the Sites: remarketing with Google Analytics, Google signals, and demographics and interests reporting. Remarketing means that after you visit the Sites, you may see ads for AONE Creative on Google Search, on YouTube and on other sites across the internet.

Third-party vendors, including Google, show those ads. We and Google use first-party cookies, such as the Google Analytics cookies, and third-party cookies, such as Google advertising cookies, together to learn that you visited, to choose ads based on your past visits to the Sites, and to measure how those ads perform. With Google signals, Google can connect your visits with your Google account if you have turned on ad personalization there. Our reports show groups of visitors, not who you are, and we do not send your name or email address to Google through remarketing.

When you click one of our ads, Google adds a click identifier to the address of the page you land on. Google’s tools keep it in cookies whose names start with _gcl, and we may save it with your booking, your message or your plan. It tells us which ad brought you here. Google Analytics shares results with our Google Ads account, such as a call booked, a form sent or a plan started, so we can see which ads work. We may also tell Google whether an inquiry became a qualified lead or a sale, using the click identifier and, in some cases, a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address you gave us.

You can turn off personalized ads at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with the add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.networkadvertising.org and optout.aboutads.info.

Cookies and similar tools

The Sites use a small number of cookies and similar tools: the Google Analytics and Google advertising cookies described above; Cloudflare security cookies when its protection needs them; Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form; YouTube cookies, only after you press play on a video; WordPress cookies, only for people who sign in to manage the Sites; and, on the care plan and podcast plan welcome pages, a note kept in your browser so a purchase is counted once. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Sites still work without them, although the contact form needs Turnstile to run.

Videos and links

Videos hosted on YouTube load only when you press play; from then on Google’s privacy policy applies to that video. Links to social profiles and other sites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, IMDb and the sites of films and partners, take you to sites with their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

How we use information

We use the information described here to answer your inquiry and talk with you about a project; to hold calls, deliver the work you hire us for and run care plans; to take payments and keep business, tax and accounting records; to measure and improve the Sites; to show and measure our ads, including remarketing; and to keep the Sites, our clients and our systems secure. We do not sell personal information for money. Google receives information about visits to the Sites for remarketing, as described under Advertising; some state laws call this sharing for targeted advertising.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers, each for its own job: Stripe for payments, Cal.com for bookings, Google for Analytics, advertising and remarketing, email, video calls and the private storage of our site backups, and Cloudflare for security and the contact form check. The Sites run on a server that AONE manages. We may also share information with professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer, when needed.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, for example to comply with a court order or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If AONE Creative LLC is merged, acquired or sells part of its business, the information we hold may be part of what is transferred.

When we work on your site

If you hire us to build or look after a site, or to host a show, we work inside your accounts by invitation and use the information in them only to do the work you asked for. Please do not send us passwords by email.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and emails for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and any work that follows. We keep payment records as described under Payments. A click identifier stays with the inquiry or plan record it belongs to. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Analytics account and then deleted. Server logs and site backups are replaced on a rolling basis.

Security

The Sites are served over HTTPS behind Cloudflare, and only people who need personal information for their work can reach it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission, but we work to prevent it and to act quickly if it happens.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop contacting you. Email privacy@aone.la. We will check that the request comes from you before acting on it and reply within a reasonable time. Some records, such as payment records, we must keep for tax and accounting.

Google and the other providers named here can collect information about your visits to the Sites and connect it with your activity on other sites over time, under their own policies. You can opt out of personalized ads as described under Advertising, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. The Sites do not change what they do when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control.

California residents can ask once a year which personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing in the previous year (California Civil Code section 1798.83). We do not disclose personal information for that purpose.

Children

The Sites are meant for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
