Podcast Plan Terms

These terms cover the Publish, Grow and Partner podcast plans that AONE Creative LLC (“AONE”, “we”) provides for your podcast (“you”, “your show”). By starting a plan you agree to them.

1. The plans

Publish, $695 a month or $6,950 a year. Up to 4 finished episodes a month. Hosting on Blubrry in an account in your name, with IAB-certified download stats; your show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music and the other major apps; full video episodes uploaded to YouTube, and video in Apple Podcasts; titles, descriptions, chapters and artwork for every episode; show notes and a full transcript, drafted with AI and checked by a person; an episode page on your website for every episode; and a monthly report.

Grow, $1,995 a month or $19,950 a year. Up to 4 episodes a month, edited for you. Everything in Publish, plus audio and video editing; 3 captioned vertical clips per episode; YouTube titles, thumbnails and playlists; a promo kit for every guest; and a quarterly growth review.

Partner, $3,995 a month or $39,950 a year. Up to 8 episodes a month, or two shows. Everything in Grow, plus 5 clips per episode; YouTube channel and Shorts management; a sponsor media kit and dynamic ad insertion; paid growth run by our media buying team; a monthly strategy call and a dedicated producer; and replies within two business hours.

Publish and Grow cover one show. Episodes run up to 60 minutes; each extra hour counts as an extra episode.

2. Starting a plan

• Plans are bought on aone.la through Stripe. Your plan starts on the day you pay.
• After you pay, you book an onboarding call. On the call we agree on your release day, who approves each episode and how your recordings reach us.
• Moving an existing show to us is included. We copy every episode to Blubrry and redirect your old feed, so your listings and subscribers follow.
• A show that has not launched yet also needs a Launch (a name check, cover art, a trailer, the feed and the directory submissions), which we quote on the onboarding call.
• If you decide not to go ahead within 7 days of paying, before we start any work, we refund your first payment in full.

3. Payment

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. Paying yearly gets two months free.
• Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where the law requires them.
• Blubrry hosting for your show is included in the plan price while the plan runs.
• Extra episodes are $150 on Publish and $450 on Grow and Partner. We ask before we go past the episodes in your plan, and extra episodes are billed the next month.
• Episodes included in a plan are for that month and do not carry over. Episodes we could not finish on time because of a delay on our side carry over to the next month.
• On Partner, paid ad spend is billed at cost, and only after you approve the budget.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we pause the plan’s work. If it is still unpaid after 28 days, we may stop publishing new episodes, and we email you before we do. Your show, its feed and your files stay yours.
• Your card details are held by Stripe, not by AONE.

4. Minimum term and cancelling

• Plans run for at least three months.
• After that, monthly plans continue month to month and yearly plans renew each year until you cancel.
• To cancel, email [email protected]. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and not before the three-month minimum ends.
• Payments already made are not refunded, including the unused months of a yearly plan, except as described in section 2.
• When a plan ends we hand over your Blubrry account and every file we made for you. If you move your show to another host, we set up the feed redirect so your subscribers follow. From then on the hosting is paid by you.

5. What is not included

• Recording, studio time and filming. Video production is quoted per shoot.
• A Launch for a new show, awards campaigns, a podcast website and AI agents, which are quoted separately.
• Paid ad spend, which Partner manages and bills at cost.
• Third-party costs other than Blubrry hosting, such as music licenses, tools you choose and network or marketplace fees.
• Booking guests, unless we agree it in writing.

6. Your part

• Send your recordings on the agreed day, through the shared folder we set up for your show.
• Approve each episode before it goes out. We do not publish an episode you have not approved, unless you tell us in writing that we may.
• Give us access by invite (for example a YouTube channel role or a website user) sent to [email protected]. Please do not send passwords by email.
• Keep the accounts you own, such as your YouTube channel, your website and your payment card, active and in good standing.
• Only publish material you have the right to use, including music, clips and your guests’ consent, and keep sponsor and other legally required disclosures accurate. We check what our plans cover; the content stays your responsibility.

7. Ownership and data

• Your show, its name, its RSS feed, your recordings and your audience are yours, and the Blubrry account is in your name.
• Show notes, transcripts, clips, artwork and episode pages we make for your show are yours once the plan period they were made in is paid.
• We keep our own templates, tools and methods, and third-party material such as stock music, fonts and footage stays under its own license.
• We may show the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you tell us not to.
• We use access and data only to run your plan, keep them confidential, and remove our access when the plan ends.

8. Platforms and numbers

• Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music and the other apps run their own services and rules. We cannot guarantee a listing, a ranking, a growth figure or income from sponsors.
• Download numbers come from Blubrry’s statistics; views and plays come from each platform.

9. Responses

We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific. Partner plans get replies within two business hours.

10. Limits

• We work to publish every approved episode on schedule, but outages of Blubrry, the podcast apps, YouTube and other third-party services are outside our control.
• Our total liability under a plan is limited to the fees you paid for that plan in the three months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
