Put AI to work in your business, from the first audit to the custom build

AONE Creative is an AI consulting company with a creative team behind it. People first

We are engineers, designers, storytellers and promoters. For more than twenty years we have put people on screens, stages and phones around the world, and we bring the same care to the AI we build for you. AI makes the work faster. It never replaces the people in the room.

AI in skilled hands

Most teams know AI could save them hours but not where to start. We map the work, rank what to automate first and build it into the tools you already use. People keep the strategy, the creative calls and the sign-off, the same way we run our own work.

  1. Audit.

We map your workflows and tools, rank the automations worth doing first and hand you a written plan: the AI Readiness Audit.
  2. Build.

Integrations and automations and custom AI agents that fit the tools your team already uses.
  3. Grow.

AI-powered platforms and AI content production, built and supported by the same team.

Two ways to start

Snapshot is $1,500 for small businesses: under 25 people, up to three workflows, a written plan and a 45-minute walkthrough. Blueprint is $4,500 for mid-size teams: up to five interviews and eight workflows, plus a tools, data and risk review and a 90-day roadmap. If you sign a build with us within 60 days, the full fee is credited toward it.

Where we started

From the stage to the screen

AONE started in live music. Darrick founded AONE Management in 2000 while touring as Kool Keith’s DJ, and went on to book talent including Naughty by Nature, KRS-One, Lil Wayne and Ciara, with shows in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America.

These are the shows and tours we booked, organized or marketed, and at the Kool Keith dates Darrick was often on stage as DJ or hype man. Selling out a date that won’t move is still how we run every launch, AI rollouts included.

Founder-led

You work with the people who do the work

Darrick Angelone started out on tour as Kool Keith’s DJ, built a talent booking company and founded AONE in 2007. He still leads strategy on every engagement, AI builds included, and the team that pitches the idea is the team that builds and runs it.

  • Deadlines that don’t move.

Release dates, show dates and election days are fixed. Our process is built around the launch window.

  • Creative and engineering in one team.

Story, design and code come from the same people. No handoff between an agency and a dev shop.

  • We run what we build.

Nearly 20 years of web development and self-managed infrastructure means your platform has an owner after launch.

  • Direct or white-label.

Brands hire us directly, and agencies, producers and consultants hire us to work under their name.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does AONE Creative do?

AONE Creative is an AI consulting and development agency with a creative team behind it. We find where AI pays off with an AI Readiness Audit, then build the integrations, custom agents and AI platforms that need custom work. Since 2007 the same team has launched films, campaigns, events and brands, and built the web platforms behind them.

How do you use AI?

As a tool in our team’s hands. It speeds up research, versioning, automation and reporting, while people set the strategy, make the creative calls and approve what goes out.

Do you work with clients nationwide?

Yes. We work remote-first with clients across the US.

How do AI projects start?

Most start with the AI Readiness Audit. If you already know what you need, we scope it on a strategy call.

Can you build a custom AI agent for my business?

Yes. We build agents that work on your website, phone line, Slack, Microsoft Teams or SMS. They answer from content you approve, qualify leads, book meetings on your calendar and log each conversation to your CRM, and they hand off to a person when they are unsure.

Will AI replace my team?

No. We set AI up to take repetitive work like research, versioning, automation and reporting off your team’s plate. Your people keep the strategy, the creative calls and the final sign-off, the same way we run our own work.

Do you produce events?

Yes. We produce and market events end to end, from concerts, tours and exhibits to film screenings and music and film festivals, and we book talent. Event production and marketing.

Do you offer consulting?

Yes, across every service we offer, from campaigns and events to platforms and AI, whether we deliver the work or your team does.

Can agencies hire you white-label?

Yes. Agencies, producers and consultants hire us to plan, build and run campaigns under their own name, as we did for Hyper Engine.

Who will I work with?

Founder Darrick Angelone leads strategy on every engagement.
