Podcast Hosting and Distribution

Podcast hosting and distribution, managed for you, every episode

We host your show, publish every episode to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and Amazon Music, and run the podcast management around it: show notes, transcripts, clips, the episode pages and the numbers. The same team took Black History in Two Minutes (or so) and Be Woke.Vote to video podcasts in 2019.

Why shows stall

What we take off your plate

Making the show is the fun part. Everything after the recording is where most shows stall. That is the part we run, every week, so you can keep making episodes.

  • Publishing

    Every week, on schedule

Uploads, titles, descriptions, chapters, cover art and show notes for every platform, every week. Shows that miss weeks lose listeners. We keep the schedule, and you approve each episode before it goes out.

  • Video

    Audio and video, one release

YouTube is the service weekly podcast listeners use most, and 57% of people who have tried podcasts both listen and watch, Edison Research found in 2026. We publish the video and the audio together, so one recording reaches both.

  • Discovery

    Found, not just posted

Episode pages with full transcripts that search engines and AI answers can read, titles written for search, and clips cut for social.

  • Numbers

    Downloads you can trust

Download stats from Blubrry, certified to the IAB podcast measurement standard advertisers ask for, plus a monthly report in plain words: what grew, what did not and what to change.

  • Ownership

    Your show stays yours

The show, the RSS feed and the audience stay in your name. Moving in, or moving on, keeps every subscriber.

How it works

From the first call to a show that runs itself

  • Day one

    A strategy call

We look at your show, your feed and your numbers, and agree on the plan, the release day and who approves each episode.

  • Week one

    Set up, or move in

We set the show up on Blubrry, or move it from your current host with a feed redirect so every subscriber follows. Then we check the listing on every platform.

  • Every week

    You record, we release

You upload the recording to a shared folder. We edit, write the notes, cut the clips and schedule the episode, and you approve it before it goes out.

  • Every month

    Report and adjust

A short report on downloads, views and listeners, with the next changes we recommend: titles, release times, guests, clips and paid growth.

Video podcast · 2019 to 2022

Black History in Two Minutes (or so)

We turned the series from Henry Louis Gates Jr. and Robert F. Smith into a video podcast in 2019, when most podcasts were still audio only: 88 episodes on Apple Podcasts, Amazon, Stitcher and TuneIn, alongside YouTube, social and the series website. It won the 2020 People’s Voice Award and the 2021 Webby Award for documentary podcasts.

Be Woke.Vote

We developed the Be Woke.Vote series into a podcast: 22 audio episodes in the weeks before the 2018 midterms, then 26 video episodes in 2019, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher and TuneIn.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Will we lose subscribers if we move our show to you?

No. We copy every episode to Blubrry and point your old feed to the new one with a permanent redirect, the method Apple Podcasts, Spotify and the other apps follow. Your listings, reviews and subscribers move with the show.

Do we own the show and the feed?

Yes. The show, the RSS feed, the recordings and the audience are yours. If you ever leave, we redirect the feed wherever you go and hand over every file.

Where will our show be available?

Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music and the other major podcast apps and directories, plus an episode page on your own website.

Can you publish our video podcast on YouTube too?

Yes. We publish the full video episodes to your YouTube channel with titles, chapters and thumbnails, and release the audio feed to every podcast app on the same day.

Do you edit episodes?

On Grow and Partner, yes: audio cleanup, cuts, levels, the intro and outro, and the video edit. On Publish, you send finished files and we handle everything after that.

How are downloads counted?

With Blubrry’s statistics, which are certified to the IAB podcast measurement guidelines that advertisers and networks use. Your monthly report also includes YouTube views and the platforms your audience uses.

Do you use AI?

Yes, for transcripts, chapter markers, first drafts of show notes and finding the best moments for clips. A person on our team reviews everything before it goes out.

Can you help us make money from the show?

We get the show ready for sponsors: a media kit, ad spots and ad insertion through Blubrry. For Black History in Two Minutes (or so), a distribution partnership with ReachTV opened a new revenue stream.

How is pricing set?

Publish is $695 a month, Grow is $1,995 and Partner is $3,995, each per show, with the episodes listed in the plan and Blubrry hosting included. You can start any plan on this page, monthly or yearly. Plans run for at least three months, paying yearly gets two months free, and moving an existing show to us is included.

Can we hire you for consulting only?

Yes. Consulting is part of every service we offer. We help shows plan a launch or a relaunch, move to video, choose a host and set up numbers they can trust.

AI for your show

Put AI to work on every episode you have made
